Set in 166 acres with quiet grazing cattle in the paddocks.  Large garden of lawns and shady trees, fruit orchard, vegetables and herbs. Stroll out to the lake (bring your remote boat or join Reg with flying your glider.  Capture a picture of the native birds playing in the gardens. Millions of stars. Best accommodation for the nearby Gravity Centre and Observatory, West Coast honey and Caladenia Mini Golf or drive over to Guilderton.

Reg and Veronica your hosts/owners are on hand in a separate house on the property just 100 metres from your 3 bedroom fully self contained cottage.  (2 queen beds + 2 single beds maximum 6 guests and baby cot and high chair are available.)

Relaxing drive 1 hour north of Perth find us West of Gingin east of Guilderton 40 kms north east of Yanchep.  Best accommodation for the Gravity Centre, leaning tower and night time stargazing at the GDC Observatory. En route to the Pinnacles and Monkey Mia. 1.5 hours north from Perth Airport.

​For your exclusive use during your stay all linen towels, fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, blender, coffee plunger, teapot, saucepans, frypan, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, salt pepper, some oil, dishwashing liquid, some detergent, soap, paper towels, toilet rolls, bbq, outdoor furniture. bring soft soled shoes or socks for inside and your favourite food and drinks, rain water is in use byo water if preferred.

Native birds, plenty of Pink and Grey Galahs, Carnaby Cockatoos, colourful 28's, Magpies, eagle or hawk, loads of willy wagtail birds perhaps sitting on the cow or sheep's back. Relish the shade of a big pepper-mint or gum tree to view the paddocks and perimeter of pines.
